Mystery Shopper Taxi Service
SCODP are working with Forest Heath District Council and St Edmundsbury Borough Council to look at the provision of taxi services for disabled people.
We are looking for disabled and non-disabled people across West Suffolk to either book a taxi from home or to use a taxi from one of the taxi ranks. Volunteers can use the taxi at a time to suit them as long as they complete the project before the beginning of December 2018. It is estimated that it will take the volunteer approximately one hour to complete this project. Each volunteer will complete a reporting form, supplied by SCODP. This form will detail each person’s experience of using the taxi service.
A flat fee of £20 per person will be paid to each volunteer when SCODP have received their completed reporting form.
